The Third Pingnan Bridge is a super large bridge spanning over the Xunjiang River on the Pingnan North Interchange Connector of the Lìyù Expressway. It stands as the world's largest span arch bridge ever built. Technically designed as a 575-meter half-through arch bridge of steel pipe concrete. The Third Pingnan Bridge pioneers the construction of large-span steel pipe concrete arch bridges in adverse geological conditions, marking a significant milestone in advancing the application and development of such bridges. The project specifically used Yufeng P.O52.5 cement.
