Recently, in the Anpan Expressway construction site situated at the junction of Shuicheng and Panzhou, workers are operating machinery to pour concrete into arch foundation pits, while excavators and rubble trucks around them work methodically.

As a key supplier of cement for the project, Sanhe Cement has contracted the supply of cement for Section 12, with a total volume of 218,700 metric tons. This section covers 11.44 kilometers and involves the construction of 10 bridges and 2 tunnels, featuring a high bridge-to-tunnel ratio of 73.3%, marking it as one of the focal points and challenges of the entire project. The Li Jia Zhai Tunnel, in particular, is characterized by numerous caverns and abundance of water, imposing greater demands on the cement’s performance and its supply capacity.

To ensure a stable supply, Sanhe Cement has optimized the raw material mix proportion during production and kept improving its manufacturing process to guarantee the product quality and performance. On the sales front, a dedicated project team was formed to communicate with the client’s project department directly, gathering real-time information of the construction and collaborating with distributors to ensure a steady supply. Thorough measures have been taken in production, supply, and precaution, furnishing a robust guarantee for the construction of the project.

As the project construction moved forward, the daily supply of cement has seen a steady rise, peaking in January 2024 at approximately 600 metric tons per day.
